The Photo & ID Maker mobile application ("App") and all its content, features, functionality, and software are owned by SimpuMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership

SimpuMind retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to:

• All software, code, and technical components
• User interface design and graphics
• Documentation and user guides
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• All intellectual property rights associated with the App

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the App or any portion thereof
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App or any of its components for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App or any rights thereto

User-Generated Content

While you retain ownership of photos and content you create using the App, you grant SimpuMind a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. All processing of your photos occurs locally on your device, and we do not store or transmit your photos to our servers.

Third-Party Components

The App may include third-party software components that are subject to their own copyright and license terms. These components are used in accordance with their respective licenses. For information about third-party licenses, please see our Terms of Use.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us at simpumind.apps@gmail.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The location of the allegedly infringing material in the App
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
